Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for our subscriptions and services.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Niogin software products and services. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and any specific order, plan, or statement of work, which will prevail in the event of a conflict.
Subscriptions and billing
Our SaaS products are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and the applicable fee becomes due.
Eligibility for refunds
We may issue a refund where:
- You were charged in error or billed more than once for the same period.
- A paid product was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.
Non-refundable items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Custom development, integration, design, and consulting services already performed.
- One-time setup, onboarding, or configuration fees.
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g. hosting, licences, or app-store fees).
- Subscription periods that have already commenced, except as stated above.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email hello@niogin.com from the email address associated with your account, including your order or invoice reference and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify your request.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is investigated.
